Workshop

Workshops – whether digital or in-person – are a powerful format for learning, built on interaction, reflection and collaboration. They require active participation, discussion and hands-on application.

Workshops are particularly effective for:

Creative and innovative processes, such as brainstorming, design thinking and strategy development.

Reflection-based learning, where participants analyse, discuss and turn theory into practice.

Decision-making and problem-solving, where diverse perspectives and experiences lead to better outcomes.

Developing soft skills such as leadership, communication and teamwork.

Things to keep in mind:

🔍 If a lot of theory needs to be delivered, consider doing that separately in another format.

🔍 Make sure all participants have enough background knowledge or experience to contribute actively.

🔍 Don’t underestimate the time needed for preparation and structure – it’s key to getting the most value from the workshop.
