Micro learnings: Working Environment

A series of micro learnings focusing on different aspects of the working environment for ambulance and rescue service workers.
Purpose: To encourage and stimulate self-reflection in subjects connected to the working environment for ambulance and rescue service workers, such as risk assessments in traffic, averting threats and violence, braking distance, your own driver behaviour, sleep inertia and conflict management. The format is flexible and accessible to suit the working situation of the target group.

Serious game: Seal the Deal

A digital mission game build on scenario branching for a research project, evaluating the use of Serious gaming tools in transport education.
Purpose: To give transport management students an insight into what a working day for the professional role might look like, including dealing with demanding customers and meeting customer needs. The training is structured as a game with the aim of supporting transport management training with effective and inclusive tools and teaching methods for distance learning.
Customer: e-ManTRA project, supported by Erasmus+.

Purpose: to increase the knowledge level of what factors affect sustainability and to encourage reflection on your own working situation to strengthen the sustainability work in the hospitality sector. The digital training can be carried out in groups or individually.

E-learning: The road to employers

A web-based training course on collaboration between government agencies and employers, with a focus on the employer’s perspective, to enable more people who are far from the labour market to find work.
Purpose: To create a training programme based on a research report and disseminate the information so that more people can benefit from it than if an expert travels around and gives lectures. The training aims to increase knowledge among government agencies about the employers’ perspective and provide knowledge about how collaboration between employers and government agencies can be improved. The focus is to provide an understanding of the VTA model and how it can be implemented in their own organisation to help more people who are far from the labour market to get into work.

E-learning: Hospitality

A digital training programme in hospitality for the tourism industry, with a focus on the importance of one’s own work role.
Purpose: To increase understanding of what hospitality in the tourism industry means, how your own role can contribute to good hospitality, how hospitality can increase the attractiveness of the region and how different national and international guests can be treated and situations can be handled. Destination knowledge and the importance of being able to recommend neighbouring destinations are also included.

A web-based training that addresses various aspects of digitalisation in healthcare.
Purpose: To increase knowledge about digitalisation in healthcare, what the benefits and concerns are, how it affects care recipients, what ethical aspects must be taken into account and what a possible future development look like. The training is based on theory, trends and reflections from various representatives of the target group.
